An inner dialogue of an overthinker—
turned into structured insights across life, work, and self-growth.

Hi there! 👋
I'm Blažka. Half analyst, half dreamer — a biotechnologist by training who ended up treating her own life as the one experiment that really mattered.
For as long as I can remember, I've been trying to understand how people think, feel, and behave the way they do. I've found the answers in the unlikeliest places: a movie scene, a song lyric, or a popular-science book on the human brain I couldn't put down.
I spent my youth in Scouts, going from member to troop leader, which is where I learned that leading people is mostly about understanding them first. Since then, I've worked in biotech startups, academia, and corporate roles, including leading a team at a SaaS company, a role I still hold while building my own coaching business.
I'm not an influencer with the perfect slow morning routine, and I'm not part of the hustle culture either. For years, I cringed at the idea of calling myself a coach; it sounded like I was claiming to have it all figured out. Which I don't, most days.
But I'm very good at one specific thing:
Spotting the pattern a person is stuck in — and helping them get unstuck.

I burned out before burnout was a buzzword. Somewhere between the to-do lists and other people's expectations, I lost myself. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I took a year off to do nothing and everything, and slowly found my way back.
The hardest part wasn't the burnout. It was doing it alone. In a newly rented old apartment, no job, no sense of purpose, and a limited emotional support system.
I kept thinking: I wish someone had sat across from me back then. Someone with a bit of structure and a lot of honesty, who'd been in the fog too. So now I try to be that person for someone else.
That's the whole idea behind the name:
→ Bla Bla is the noise: the overthinking, the indecisiveness, the inner critic on a loop.
→ Blažka is what's underneath it: clarity, confidence, and your own unique, authentic self.
The work is getting from one to the other. 💪
