Coaching for overthinkers who look fine on paper but feel stuck
You're competent. You function well on the outside. People rely on you. But there's a quieter signal that won't go away, that something's off. That you've been performing more than living. And that you’ve been avoiding this for too long, up until this point.
This is an 8-week structured identity and behavior-change program for high-functioning overthinkers who feel disconnected and are ready to move from feeling stuck and overwhelmed into clarity, self-direction, and more meaningful living.
You're in the right place if…
You recognise yourself in at least one of these:
On paper, your life works — the job, the title, the responsibilities. Underneath, it stopped feeling like yours a while ago.
You've been running on autopilot, letting roles and other people's expectations make your choices for you.
You can feel a change coming, and you're stuck between wanting it and fearing what it'll cost.
You overthink every decision, get stuck between options, and somehow end up exactly where you started.
How it works
8 weeks. 6 sessions. 2 integration weeks. 1 follow-up check-in.
Overthinking isn't the problem here. It's a strength that's been pointed in the wrong direction. The program puts structure around it — grounded in logotherapy, behavioural science, and nervous-system research — so all that thinking finally turns into movement. Each session ends with something written down, decided, or tested.
All sessions are 1:1, online (Zoom or Google Meet), 60–90 minutes each. Digital materials and worksheets are included throughout. Delivered in English or Slovenian.

Common questions
Is coaching for overthinkers different from therapy?
Yes. This is coaching — reflective, but built around action. We use what you notice to create something specific. If you're in acute distress or working through trauma, therapy is the right fit; coaching can sit alongside it, not replace it.
How is this different from a course or a self-help book?
Books and courses hand you frameworks. This does the actual work with you — your life, your patterns, your direction — across eight weeks of 1:1 time. What you leave with is about you, not a hypothetical reader.
Why eight weeks and not longer?
Long enough to do real work. Short enough that you actually finish. The Week 12 follow-up is built in, so the program doesn't drop off a cliff.
Who is this not for?
People who are looking for quick fixes or productivity hacks. People who want a coach who agrees with everything they say. People who don't actually want anything to change.
Pricing
This is the first cohort. The structure is set, and the methods are proven. You'll be working with me directly while I refine the experience.
The price reflects that, and we cover the number on the discovery call so I can walk you through exactly what your version includes.
Ready to start?
The first cohort is small and deliberate. The next step is a free 30-minute discovery call — no pressure, just a conversation to see if it fits.
Not ready to commit yet?
If you want to sit with this first, subscribe to the Bla Bla Blažka newsletter. You'll get honest, practical notes on overthinking, identity, and meaningful change — and you'll be first to hear when the next cohort opens.
